1. Can Get Free Delivery ?

A: Above RM1,000.00 Free Delivery within Klang Valley

2. How Do I send my goods / products for serives / repair ?

A: Selected  products may come with a warranty. Information on the product features and warranty is available from The Shopping Guide shown on the website. Where applicable, you will receive the product warranty card and related information when your order is delivered.

3. Help / Support  Contact ?

A: If you have any questions to ask us regarding the products, simply contact  at the bottom of our home page, click on HELP SUPPORT and submit your online form. You can also e-mail us at : xxxxxxxxxxxxx.

4. How do I track my order after purchase with payment ?

5. Will I get an order confirmation after making a purchase?

A: Yes, an email of the summary of your order will be sent to you once your order has been placed successfully. Orders made online will also receive an order confirmation email with the corresponding order details. 

6. Can I view the products before purchasing? 

A: Yes, you may Walk in to our showroom at No.23A Jalan Akasia Taman Saujana Akasia 47000 Sungai Buloh. Or  which can be accessed on your PC, laptop, tablet or mobile phone.

7. When will my purchase be delivered? 

A: Your purchases will be delivered to you within 3 to 6 working days, depending on your delivery location. We regret that delays in delivery may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as the wrong delivery address, customers not available to accept delivery, payment related issues and natural disasters. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your support and understanding.

8. Can I collect my orders from SHOP directly?

A: Yes, you may contact at help call : 603 -61577688 /012-4203736.

9. What happens if I am not at home when the item is delivered?

A: If delivery attempt fails, our delivery provider will leave a note at your delivery address for you to schedule the next delivery. If we do not receive your request within 10 working days from the date of your order, we will proceed to cancel your order and refund accordingly. You will receive your refunds within 14 working day  .  

10. My order was delivered but I did not receive all the items that I purchased. What should I do? 

A: For online support, please visit www.. Once you have logged in, go to HELP CENTRE at the bottom of the homepage, click ONLINE SUPPORT and send in your query using the online form. 
If you do not hear from us after 24 hours, please contact our HQ at 603-61577688/ 61437908 / 012-2234183  for assistance. 

11. Which credit cards are accepted for payment? 

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit or debit cards issued in Malaysia. 

12. Can I use a credit card which is not issued under my name to place an order? 

A: As a matter of our policy and fraud prevention measure, we only accept a credit/debit card issued under the purchaser’s name. 

13. Where can I request for an official receipt? 

A: You will receive your Sales Invoice upon your order delivery, which also serves as your receipt You may also retrieve a copy by visiting ‘My Page’ at www.xxxxxQ.

14. Can I request for a specific delivery time or day? 

A: Unfortunately we are unable to accept special delivery requests at this time. Our delivery times are subject to our delivery partners operating hours or schedule. 

15. Will I receive any phone call before the product is sent to my address? 

A: For Cash on Delivery (COD) purchases:
Yes, our delivery partner will contact you to ensure you are at home. Please prepare the exact change for payment upon delivery.

For other payment methods
Our delivery partner will not be calling you prior to delivering your order. If delivery attempt fails, we will leave a note at your delivery address for you to schedule the next delivery. If we do not receive your request within 7 working days from the date of your order, we will proceed to cancel your order. You will receive your refunds within 14 working days of the order cancellation date, subject to any changes to be decided by Go Shop.

16. Does Accfree deliver to all areas within Malaysia? 

A: Yes  delivers to most areas within Malaysia. When you place an order, you will be informed if your area is not within our delivery zone.  

17. Can I collect my orders from Accfree directly? 

A: Yes , Please contact us  .you may collect at Sungai Buloh showroom. 

18. Can I arrange for delivery overseas? 

A: We regret that we does not offer deliveries outside Malaysia. 

19. Can I authorise someone else to accept the product on my behalf? 

A: Yes, you may authorise a third party to receive the item on your behalf. The person receiving your order at your delivery address will be required to sign on our delivery provider’s delivery slip.

21. My order was delivered but I did not receive all the items that I purchased. What should I do?

23. How do I buy from Accfree online?ou may login to www.xxxxxx to make purchase(s) online or using your mobile devices. You will need to register for a Accfree account before you can proceed to place an order.

If you are a first time customer:
If you have never placed an order with Accfree  either through this website or our toll free number, just click REGISTER at the top of the homepage, and enter your name, e-mail address, preferred password as well as other details. You will then receive a welcome e-mail or SMS message from Go Shop.


If you already have a Accfree  online account:
Just click LOGIN at the top of the homepage, and enter you correct e-mail address and password. Then click the LOGIN button. You can now proceed to browse the products on offer, fill in your shopping cart and place your order.  

24. Do I need to have a Accfree account to make a purchase? 

A: Yes, you need to have a registered account to make purchases with us. You may register for a Accfree  account online or call our HQ 603-61577688 / 61437908 / 012-4203736 During Office hours . You may use the same registered account to make purchases online
